Italian Cured Meats Masterclass

On the 17th of June between 11am and 3pm, at Coleg Y Cymoedd, the Italian Trade Agency in collaboration with the Italian Meat Manufacturers’ Association (ASSICA) and the Italian Deli Meats Promotion Institute (IVSI) will hold a Masterclass on the use of Italian cured meats.

For the first time, The Italian Trade Agency, the Governmental Agency that supports the business development of Italian companies abroad, has chosen Cardiff to kick-off this international promotional project. The event is not only aimed at young students but also at Welsh trade operators, importers, distributors and aspiring chefs.

The discussion will focus on the sustainability of the production processes of these cured meats and attendees will witness an incredible cooking show featuring the best of what Italian produce has to offer.
