The Welsh Estate Agency Awards is making a final call for applications. The awards have been created to celebrate the outstanding work of the estate agency and property sector in Wales. Applications close on Friday, March 28. The awards are being held on Thursday, May 15 at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff. Broadcaster Sara Edwards is set to host this year’s black-tie ceremony.

- Employer of the Year
- Green Business of the Year
- Surveyor of the Year
- Welsh Estate Agency Champion 2025 (Drawn from the winners above)
The 2025 Awards are being held in association with Key Home Staging, JCP Solicitors, One Stop Searches and Swansea Building Society.
