The four new appointments come as agency owner and CEO, Chelsea Pinches-Burrowes boasts an 80% YoY growth
WCS Agency, run by 30-year-old Chelsea Pinches-Burrowes, has taken major steps in recent months as the agency continues to shake up the industry and rival competitors.
The appointment of four new faces to its Senior Leadership Team aims to strengthen WCS’ position across PR, digital, publishing, creative and brand strategy, fuelling ambitious plans by Chelsea to grow the business into a multi-million pound company.
Already a force to be reckoned with across the social media space, WCS has always been the agency to keep on the radar. And now with new appointments that collectively bring over 60 years of experience, the agency’s position has never been stronger.
Joining Chelsea Pinches-Burrowes and COO, Connor Pinches-Burrowes are Stacey Fordham-Grey, James Cavanagh, Rosie Eastwood and Luigi Caramella.
Stacey Fordham-Grey, Marketing & Sales Director: Recently recognised as one of Wales’ Top 35 Business Women, Stacey leads on client partnerships and commercial strategy. Stacey brings over 10 years of marketing and sales leadership to the role, and focuses on new business development for the agency.
James Cavanagh, Digital Director: Leading on paid media and web, James brings more than 15 years experience, delivering results for a number of well-known brands. James’ focus is to build a specialist team, supporting clients with killer paid campaigns that make true impact.
Rosie Eastwood, Head of Strategy: With years of experience crafting brand and marketing strategies, Rosie is a true powerhouse who brings her unique flair to everything she touches. Rosie ensures that campaigns are built on insight and storytelling, helping clients meet their business goals.
Luigi Caramella, Creative Lead: Bringing his own unique flair and creativity to WCS, Luigi is a self-taught creative who brings brand identities to life, from independent to household names. Luigi has redefined the look and feel of Cardiff Life Magazine, which has seen significant increase to its readership in recent months due to its revamp. Luigi leads a team of designers and content creators to create unforgettable pieces.
From a one-woman business writing marketing strategies in her home office, to a 18-person talented team, WCS has grown into a stand-out agency in the last 7 years. Working across both the public and private sector, it manages clients across the arts sector, hospitality, manufacturing, travel, and health and wellness.
As a leading agency in the city, Chelsea is the youngest business owner from them all, and the expansion of the Senior Leadership Team is only going to take the agency to new heights.
Watch out, Wales.
