The Best of Cardiff: Cardiff Life Awards 2026 Winners Announced

The Cardiff Life Awards returned last night (14th May) to celebrate the city’s most remarkable businesses, charities and entrepreneurs in a glittering ceremony at the National Museum Cardiff. Held at the Museum for the very first time, it was the 11th Cardiff Life Awards and the first to be produced and organised by WCS Agency.

Over 280 people attended the prestigious awards in the city centre, to recognise the exceptional talent that defines our city’s vibrant professional landscape.

The night was hosted by Cardiff-born broadcaster, Jason Mohammad who dazzled guests with his usual charm and humour throughout the evening. And as an extra surprise for attendees, First Minister, Rhun ap Iorwerth opened the evening with a welcome speech to wish everyone the best of luck – his first public engagement since a historic win at the Senedd last week.

Beyond that, guests were also welcomed with a red carpet entrance and entertained by a string quartet, ballerinas from Poise Dance and a choir performance from Anzani Republic.

Held beneath the grand ceilings of the National Museum Cardiff, the evening showcased a breathtaking range of excellence. The event featured 24 categories, honouring achievements across Sustainability, Arts & Culture, Welsh Language, and beyond.

This year, over 100 finalists were shortlisted from a breathtaking 640 nominations, and awarded across 24 categories.
