LEGO Teams Up with Esther Abrami for Music Creativity

Calling all budding builders and music maestros in Cardiff! The LEGO Group is hitting all the right notes this summer with their latest Creativity Workshop, and it’s set to bring a symphony of fun to our vibrant city. This special event, part of their ongoing Creativity Workshop series, celebrates Summer Fun with Music and features a dazzling collaboration with acclaimed French violinist, Esther Abrami.

Designed to ignite imagination and nurture valuable social skills in young creators aged 6–12, these workshops are the perfect way to spend the summer holidays, fostering creativity through the magic of LEGO.

Online Fun with Esther Abrami from Your Home

Families across Cardiff can dive into a special online workshop where Esther Abrami herself will inspire children to explore the joy of music through LEGO building. Gather ’round as she guides you and your little ones to construct your very own music-themed creations. Think miniature music stages, LEGO-inspired musical notes, and even a cool speaker. It’s a brilliant opportunity to celebrate summer, unleash creativity, and encourage self-expression, all from the comfort of your living room. You can join the fun by watching the workshop, available now, at LEGO.com/CreativityWorkshops.

Hands-On Building at the Cardiff LEGO Store!

For those who love a hands-on experience, the LEGO Store in St David’s Dewi Sant, Cardiff (CF10 2EF) will be hosting fantastic in-person sessions. Young creators can get stuck in and build their very own LEGO microphone! These interactive workshops, led by expert Brick Specialists, provide a guided and engaging experience that’s sure to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and foster a deeper appreciation for music.

The in-store Creativity Workshops are held at select LEGO Stores nationwide, including Cardiff, on July 20th and 27th. Tickets are just £5 per child, and booking in advance at LEGO.com/CreativityWorkshops is essential to secure your spot. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity for your child to learn and create with the guidance of LEGO experts.

Esther Abrami shares her enthusiasm: “Music has the power to connect us and bring so much joy, especially during the summer months when everything feels lighter and more playful. I’m absolutely thrilled to partner with the LEGO Group to inspire young creators to combine their creativity with their love for music. It’s such a wonderful way for them to express themselves, build confidence, and have fun at the same time.”

These Creativity Workshops are part of the LEGO Group’s commitment to championing and standing up for girls’ creativity, with different themes throughout the year, including Friendship and Botanicals.

Make sure to visit www.LEGO.com/CreativityWorkshops to watch the online workshop now or to purchase a ticket for an in-store session right here in Cardiff.
