Renowned Welsh chef Tom Simmons has joined forces with local 3D visualisation studio 4Real Creative to digitally bring to life his plans for Cardiff’s iconic Park House. The goal? To transform the historic landmark into a premier dining destination.
The building has exceptional interest, as a French Gothic masterpiece designed by Victorian architect William Burges for Lord Bute. Which has stood empty for 18 months since the acclaimed Park House Restaurant & Wine Bar closed its doors in 2023. Once described as “perhaps the most important 19th-century house in Wales,” this landmark venue is now set to undergo a dramatic transformation.
Thanks to CGI renderings created by 4Real Creative, Tom Simmons’ ambitious vision for Park House can be experienced virtually even before renovation begins.

4Real Creative, specialists in 3D visualisation and immersive experiences, are collaborating closely with Simmons and his interior designer. Their photorealistic CGI renderings will clearly illustrate how the landmark will once again become a premier restaurant and events venue.
