Brook Bistro
For a homemade Sunday Roast perfected over seven years, head to Brook Bistro. Their roast features slowly cooked lamb and beef, individually stuffed sage and onion chicken breast, and vegetarian options like homemade Glamorgan sausages and Nut Roast. They also offer alternative Sunday lunch options, including steaks, burgers, pasta, and salads. Prices are £25.95 for two courses and £32.95 for three courses.

Park Plaza
Make your dad feel special with a three-course lunch at Park Plaza, served from 12:00pm to 9:00pm. Enjoy the Trio of LKB Roasts, featuring turkey breast, roasted pork belly, and roast topside of Welsh beef, served with Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce, roast potatoes, red wine and thyme jus, seasonal vegetables, and cauliflower cheese.
