A new 10-storey office block on John Street, Cardiff, will be home to thousands of Lloyds Banking Group workers. The building is set to be fully let out to Lloyds Banking Group, who will move in during summer 2026.
The 114,000-square-foot office space is being developed by JR Smart. The office block is currently scheduled for completion in December this year. The development of this project has been assisted by a £15million loan from the Cardiff Capital Region’s (CCR) Strategic Premises Fund.
