In both Pasture and Parallel, they’re hosting an exceptional New Year’s celebration with a special sitting from 8pm to 9:30pm, featuring an exquisite set menu. At Pasture, your table is reserved for the night, with their house DJ and an energetic party that lasts into the early hours. In Parallel, guests gain exclusive access to Nightshade, their secret bar, for the countdown and post-countdown festivities. Both experiences are priced at £95 per person, with a £50 deposit required to secure your reservation. My top dish pick would have to be the Char Siu pork belly with sauerkraut and puffed crackling to start the New Year with a bang!
