Bronwen’s W;sh is a charity dedicated to providing safe places within educational settings for children and young people.
Saturday 2nd September saw their third annual Sunflower Ball, their biggest fundraiser to date. Amy David and Katy Spurrier, friends of Bronwen Morgan, who they sadly lost to suicide, were behind the idea so that everyone could celebrate Bronwen’s life and raise as much as possible in the process.
Their total for the evening was just over £14k, which will be going towards the development of their second well-being pod, located at Rhydypenau Primary School in Cardiff. The well-being pods are a sanctuary for young people experiencing emotional difficulties, anxieties and other challenges.
