In the latest episode of BBC One’s The Traitors, Welsh translator Elen Wyn was banished from the competition, becoming the next contestant to exit in the third series.

Elen’s departure followed a challenging mission where contestants transported heavy buckets of gunpowder. During the task, she expressed discomfort, which drew attention from fellow participants. Subsequently, during the roundtable discussion, Elen became emotional, shedding tears as she faced scrutiny. This display of emotion was noted by viewers, with some expressing frustration over the frequent crying among contestants.

The episode was marked by multiple eliminations. Property consultant Nathan was banished after being suspected of being a Traitor; however, he revealed his status as a Faithful upon departure. Additionally, window cleaner Keith was ‘murdered’ by the Traitors, reducing the number of Faithfuls in the game.

The Traitors continues to air on BBC One and is available for streaming on BBC iPlayer.
